MoreThanData Software Updates - Please Read Carefully
Eligibility for Updates
In order to be eligible to download software updates, you must have a current Keystone subscription.
For Keystone, this means that your annual subscription needs to be current in order for you to be able to download the Keystone update. If you need to renew your subscription, please visit our How to Renew Your Subscription page.
For KeyCredit, this means that you have to be a part of the MoreThanData credit reporting program. See our KeyCredit page to learn more about the program.
In order to download software updates, you will need:
1. Your affiliate's Tax ID/EIN (the one assigned to your affiliate by the IRS, which looks like 12-3456789)
and
2. The e-mail address we have as the primary contact for your affiliate. This is usually the e-mail address used either when your affiliate originally subscribed to Keystone or at the time of your most recent renewal. If you aren't sure, try a few likely e-mail addresses of people at your affiliate. If that doesn't work, contact MTD Support.
To determine whether you need to download the current update, see which version of the program you have and compare it with the version number in the links below.
For Keystone 6.0 and later, the version number will appear in the upper-right corner of the opening start screen in Keystone. For Keystone 5.4 or 5.5, you can check the version number by choosing Help > System Information > Summary from within Keystone. Look at the Program Version field. The first two numbers after the "V" are the version number (e.g., "5.5"). To check the version number in Keystone 5.3 or earlier, choose System Information from the Help menu. Look at the Program Version field. The first two numbers after the "V" are the version number (e.g., "5.3").
To check the version number in KeyCredit, choose About MTD KeyCredit from the Help menu.

If you are using MTD KeyCredit, you should not upgrade Keystone until you have submitted your monthly MTD KeyCredit transmittal file. After you've done that, you can upgrade Keystone. When you've finished upgrading Keystone for everyone at your affiliate, return to this page (http://update.morethandata.org), download the KeyCredit update, and then update KeyCredit at your affiliate.
If you want to upgrade from Keystone version 5.x, please contact MTD Support first.
If you already have the most current version of KeyCredit (3.1.26) but you are receiving security warnings when you open it, download the 're-signed' version of KeyCredit instead here. It will remove the security warning, but leave the rest of your database unchanged. If you do not have KeyCredit 3.1.26 already, choose the link below.

Important! You must have either Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 or Office Professional Plus 2007, but whichever you have make sure it includes Microsoft Access and that you have it installed before you install Keystone 7.0. If you are using Office 2003, please upgrade to one of these versions of Office before continuing. You can obtain Office upgrades very inexpensively through TechSoup.
