Site Review Tab

Use the Site Review tab to record information on the suitability of the property and recommendations for its acquisition.

Information included on this tab includes:

• Utilities pane fields - use to record the access to water, sewer, gas, and electric from the property. Each item may be marked as Y = yes, N = no, or ? = don't know.
• Lot Size pane fields- use to record the length and width of the lot. Keystone automatically calculates the square feet and displays it. The Sq Ft field cannot be edited.
• Corner Lot - indicates whether the lot is on a corner. Select Y = yes, N = no, or ? = don't know.
• Minimum plan fit w/o variance? - indicates whether your affiliate's standard house plan(s) can be built on this lot while meeting setback and other requirements, or if a variance is required. Y = yes, N = no, or ? = don't know.
• Surrounding Properties - use to enter notes on other nearby properties and on the neighborhood. Double-click this field to open a larger editing window.
• Topography - use to record comments on the topography of the lot and any challenges these might present for construction.
• Prior Construction - use to record comments on previous construction on this site and any implications this may have for construction of a Habitat home.
• Environmental - use to record comments on environmental considerations, including any requirements or recommendations for construction or siting, and any known or suspected risks.
• Drainage - use to record comments on drainage of the lot and implications for construction.
• Suitable Foundation - use to record information on soils and implications for foundation type or special requirements.
• Probable Zoning - this drop-down list indicates the zoning of the property. You can edit these zoning codes on the Property tab of Affiliate Setup.
• Recommendations - use to record recommendations for acceptance of the lot, and any conditions or contingencies related to the recommendation. Double-click this field to open a larger editing window.
