MoreThanData Product Downloads - Read Me First
Eligibility
In order to be eligible to download MTD software products, you must have a current Keystone subscription.
For MTD Keystone, this means that your annual subscription needs to be current. If you need to renew your subscription, please visit our How to Renew Your Subscription page. For MTD KeyCredit, this means that you have to be a part of the MoreThanData credit reporting program. See our KeyCredit page to learn more about the program.
In order to download MTD software, you will need:
1. Your affiliate's Tax ID/EIN (the one assigned to your affiliate by the IRS, which looks like 12-3456789)
and
2. 2. The e-mail address we have as the primary contact for your affiliate. This is usually the e-mail address used either when your affiliate originally subscribed to Keystone or at the time of your most recent renewal. If you aren't sure, try a few likely e-mail addresses of people at your affiliate. If that doesn't work, contact MTD Support.
To determine whether you already have the most current version of the software you wish to download, compare what you have installed with the version number in the links below.
For Keystone 6.0 and later, the version number will appear in the upper-right corner of the opening start screen in Keystone. For Keystone 5.4 or 5.5, you can check the version number by choosing Help > System Information > Summary from within Keystone. Look at the Program Version field. The first two numbers after the "V" are the version number (e.g., "5.5"). To check the version number in Keystone 5.3 or earlier, choose System Information from the Help menu. If you want to upgrade from Keystone version 5.x, please contact MTD Support first.
To check the version number in MTD KeyCredit, choose About MTD KeyCredit from the Help menu.
Important!
If you are using MTD KeyCredit, you should not upgrade Keystone until you have submitted your monthly KeyCredit transmittal file. After you've done that, you can upgrade Keystone. When you've finished upgrading Keystone for everyone at your affiliate, return to this page (http://update.morethandata.org), download the KeyCredit update, and then update KeyCredit at your affiliate.

About These Files
Setup files are for installing that program for the first time or performing a complete reinstall of the program. Affiliates who have just subscribed to MTD Keystone should download the Keystone Setup file; affiliates who just joined the credit reporting program should download the KeyCredit Setup file.
Update files allow you to update/upgrade software you already have installed on your computer. The 'Re-signed Update' for KeyCredit is for users who have KeyCredit 3.1.26 already installed but are experiencing security warnings. The re-signed update removes that warning but leaves all other components unchanged.
Templates are collections of files that extend the functionality of a software program.

Important! You must have either Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 or Office Professional Plus 2007, but whichever you have make sure it includes Microsoft Access and that you have it installed before you install Keystone 7.0. If you are using Office 2003, please upgrade to one of these versions of Office before continuing. You can obtain Office upgrades very inexpensively through TechSoup.
